Delete your Nardinum account
Nardinum (package com.nardinum on Google Play) lets you permanently delete your account and the data associated with it, either from inside the app or by sending us a request by email.
There is no iPhone version, so the steps below are the Android ones.
Delete in the app
- Open Nardinum and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Request by email
If you can no longer access the app, email contact@sillage.style from the address linked to your account, or include that address in your message, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your favorites.
- Your search and view history.
- Your taste profile derived from that activity.
What we keep
We do not retain any personal data tied to your account after deletion. We may keep anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you, and records we are legally required to retain. Our public perfume catalogue is not personal data and is unaffected.
