Blackout is built on amber. Cedar and cypress appear throughout the range, joined by oud in several compositions. The house works with woody and amber accords as a foundation, while aromatic elements run through the fragrances as well. Warm spicy and balsamic notes turn up alongside these materials, and citrus appears in the mix. The result is a unisex catalogue that stays close to resinous woods and heated spices without moving far from its core ingredients.

Each fragrance in the range relies on this same combination of dense wood and resin.
