Character
The sun sits high over a wooden dock that stretches into a calm lake. Lime and mandarin orange brighten the air immediately, sharp and cold against the warm planks underfoot. Petitgrain adds a green, leafy edge that feels like the trees lining the shore. A faint spray of sea water rises when a small wave taps the pilings, mixing with the citrus to create a clean, open atmosphere.
Verbena and lavender arrive as the breeze picks up. The lavender is dry and herbal rather than sweet, and the verbena brings a lemony lift that keeps the air feeling crisp. Elemi adds a resinous, slightly peppery texture that grounds the herbs without weighing them down. The scent sits close to the skin, moving with the body as the dock creaks under each step.
