Permita-se opens with a bright lift of Sicilian lemon that carries a gentle heat from cardamom and ginger. The spices do not bite. They sit behind the citrus and give it a clean, slightly textured edge that keeps the start from feeling thin. This is a daylight scent through and through, suited to warm air and open windows, the kind of brightness that feels natural on skin when the sun is out.
Tuberose and jasmine form the center, rich and creamy but held in check by the carnation. The floral side leans white rather than green, smooth and rounded rather than sharp.
