As the heart unfolds, the mimosa and broom bring a pollen-heavy sweetness, but the ylang-ylang adds a waxy, indolic weight that keeps the florals from feeling light. It is a thick, resinous air. The guaiac wood and frankincense in the base anchor this density, creating a heavy, balsamic blanket that feels substantial against the skin.
The birch introduces a tarry, leathery edge that aligns with the smoky accord, giving the fragrance a rugged, almost untamed character.
