No. 58 Tulpe
Fragrance notes
Character
A stone bench sits under a bright sky, warmed just enough to bring out the scent of a garden that has been left to grow without a plan. Pink tulip, violet, and geranium sit together here, each one present at the same time. The air feels green and floral, with a soft spicy edge that moves through the leaves and the petals without announcing itself. Powdery particles hang in the light, settling on the skin like a thin layer of dust that refuses to choose between fresh and dry.
The petals begin to fold inward as the air shifts, and the violet deepens until it covers the sharper edges of the geranium. Powdery notes take over the space that the green once held, wrapping the tulip in a softness that feels heavier than the morning air suggested it would be. Spice lingers at the edges, never sharp enough to cut through the haze, while the floral heart continues to breathe against the warmth of the stone. The garden keeps its shape, but the scent inside it grows quieter and more intimate, pulling the surrounding air into a slower rhythm that follows the fading light across the path.
