Violet leaves add a green crunch that feels chopped rather than blended. This sharp start lingers longer than expected, preventing the scent from ever feeling smooth.
Pine needles and cypriol create a resinous forest floor that feels damp and cool. Cashmeran adds a fuzzy texture that bridges the gap between the bright top and the heavy base. Cedar and sandalwood give the blend a dry backbone, while moss pulls the entire composition toward the ground. The scent stays near the body, moving with the wearer through a walk under gray skies where wet earth releases a deep, mineral scent. It remains present on the skin through a day of layered clothing without overwhelming the space.
Vanilla and amber try to soften the woody bitterness, but the synthetic raspberry keeps resurfacing to disrupt the calm. Musk wraps the finish in a powdery haze that feels a bit dusty. The artificial fruitiness is the one element that distracts from an otherwise grounded, earthy blend. It is a shame that the opening notes lack the natural depth found in the rest of the bottle.
