Fragrance notes
Character
Nectarine and bergamot arrive with a bright, juicy lift that feels like stepping into a garden where the air is still cool but the sun has just begun to warm the stone path. Apple blossom adds a soft, slightly powdery floral edge that keeps the opening from leaning too sharp. Red pepper enters the heart with a gentle bite, curling around the creamy, heady petals of tuberose and ylang-ylang. Cyclamen brings a watery, translucent quality that prevents the white florals from becoming heavy. The pepper lingers, subtle and dry, while the flowers bloom in waves rather than all at once.
Patchouli and vetiver ground the composition with an earthy, root-deep presence that feels at home in a room where rain taps against the window and a wool coat hangs by the door. Benzoin and vanilla add a resinous, rounded sweetness, but castoreum and musk pull the fragrance toward something rougher and more animalic. The smoky accord drifts through the base like woodsmoke clinging to a scarf, never overwhelming the florals above it. Tuberose and leather share the same space, one velvet and the other scuffed, while tonka bean hums quietly in the background. The result is a thick scarf draped over a garden gate.
