Fragrance notes
Character
The sidewalk is damp under a streetlamp that hums against the cold air. A slice of grapefruit hits first, bright and sharp against the night, and the salt of sea water follows close behind, dampening the citrus so it smells like rind pressed against wet stone. The air feels clean but heavy, the kind of clean that comes after rain soaks into the pavement.
Guaiac wood steps forward as the heart settles, dry and smoky in a way that grounds the jasmine. The white floral note does not float freely here. It sits low, wrapped around the wood, adding a softness that keeps the air from feeling too bare. A touch of fresh spicy heat moves through the middle, subtle enough to make the skin feel warm while the surroundings stay cool.
Amber thickens the base, rich and golden, while oakmoss and patchouli pull the scent downward into something earthy and mossy. The marine opening is long gone, replaced by a woody amber that clings to the collar and mixes with the damp air. The sidewalk stretches ahead, the lamp still humming, the damp earth and golden resin hanging in the space between the buildings
