This is not a light spritz, it is a full pour of brown sugar and spiced rum over a winter dessert plate.
The overall character lands as a man in a velvet smoking jacket, nursing a glass of bourbon by a crackling fire, the room smelling of baked cloves and ambered resin, but with a faint ghost of peach syrup caught in the rug.
