Jasmine sits low in the mix, more a hazy floral shimmer than a true flower, letting the spices lead without interference.
Cedar takes over with a clean, dry backbone that feels carved rather than polished. Civet and ambergris bring a warm, animalic weight that pulls the entire composition close to the skin in a dimly lit room where conversation stays quiet. Black hemlock deepens the woods with a shadowy, slightly bitter green that keeps the sweetness from becoming a comfort scent. Powdery musks drift through the base, softening the sharper edges without erasing the dark character that defines the fragrance from its first spray.
