Muschio 04 in Sintesi
Fragrance notes
The afternoon sun warms a stone terrace where a bowl of dark berries sits beside a cup of Earl Grey. Muschio 04 in Sintesi lives in this exact corner. Black currant and raspberry arrive first, their juice bright against the citrus lift of bergamot. The fruit is ripe but not candied, tempered immediately by a green edge that keeps the air clear.
Geranium and jasmine unfold next, their petals softened by the creamy weight of ylang-ylang. Nutmeg adds a gentle heat that runs through the flowers without overpowering them. The heart feels composed and calm, like a garden viewed through a window rather than walked through.
Tonka bean and amber settle into the base, smooth and slightly powdery. Iris brings a dry, root-like texture that stops the sweetness from becoming heavy. Musk wraps the blend in a clean layer that sits close to the skin, never reaching beyond the person wearing it.
Massimiliano Torti composed a fragrance that balances fruit, flower, and resin with precision. The limitation here is the synthetic sharpness that occasionally rises from the heart notes, a fleeting plastic note that distracts from the natural feel of the berries and the softness of the amber.
