Our take

Natsukashii can feel crowded when all its elements arrive together. The hinoki, Japanese osmanthus, tuberose, sandalwood, oud, peony, white ginger, green tea, and yuzu create a dense mix where individual shapes blur. Tuberose and oud push hard against the lighter green tea and yuzu, and the peony and white ginger add another layer before the woods have room to breathe. It is a fragrance that demands patience from the wearer because the first impression is busy rather than calm.

Sunlight falls across a wooden veranda where someone sits with a bowl of citrus slices and a cup of steeped tea. Hinoki planks warm underfoot while osmanthus and peony drift through the air with the tuberose. Sandalwood and oud ground the space as white ginger and green tea keep the edges bright. Yuzu lifts the entire scene with a clean, tart sparkle. You are in that moment, surrounded by wood, flower, and fruit, with the day open around you.
