Fragrance notes
Character
Incense, cardamom and ginger open the composition with a dry, resinous heat. The spices feel textured rather than sharp, and the incense gives the entrance a faintly sooty edge that prepares the ground for the heavier materials waiting underneath.
Leather and orris take over in the heart, with Egyptian jasmine providing a soft white floral lift that keeps the leather from feeling too rigid. The orris adds a powdery, rooty quality that blends into the amber and balsamic accords, while the animalic facet sits quietly in the background. Cashmeran, cedar and sandalwood form a smooth, woody base that carries the earlier spices without reviving their brightness. The overall impression is warm, smoky and slightly dusty, suited to dim rooms and late gatherings where the air feels close.
Noble feels carefully assembled, but the jasmine can read synthetic against the natural weight of the leather and woods. The powdery iris accent also dominates the drydown to a point where the cedar and sandalwood lose definition.
