M1 opens with a brisk mix of cassis, bergamot, neroli, peach, pear, and mandarin orange. The fruit is bright and immediate, with the citrus lending a clean edge to the darker currant and the juicy stone fruit. It feels lively on the skin and sets a warm, welcoming tone that carries through the early part of the day.
The heart brings heliotrope, patchouli, ylang ylang, sandalwood, jasmine, and rose forward. The floral side is soft and rounded, while the patchouli and sandalwood add an earthy, woody depth that keeps the sweetness from becoming too light. The powdery quality of heliotrope and the richness of the blooms give the center a smooth, polished texture that suits cooler air and open daylight.
Tonka bean, vetiver, white musk, and vanilla settle in last. The vanilla and tonka lead with a warm, almond-like sweetness, while vetiver and white musk keep the base dry and grounded. It feels at home in a bright room with a crisp breeze at the window, or on a walk when the air is cool but the sun is still out. The finish is vanilla.
