Regal Musk
Fragrance notes
Character
Regal Musk opens with a sharp pinch of saffron that feels like crushed fabric between your fingers. The heat of nutmeg follows without asking permission. It is a dry, peppery start that refuses to be polite.
Frangipani brings a tropical weight that sits heavily on the skin. It leans into the yellow floral accord until the flowers feel almost overripe. Ylang-ylang smooths the edges, but the bouquet stays thick rather than airy.
Sandalwood and amber anchor the mix with a golden, powdery haze. The musk here is not clean laundry musk. It is the kind that clings to a wool coat after a long evening indoors. Cedar adds a straight line through the rounded warmth.
Guaiac wood lends a faint resinous smoke that fits a room lit only by a low fire. The air smells of spice and polished wood, as if the fragrance has been stored in a cedar chest in a house where the windows stay closed against the cold.
