Our take

A spritz of SeaSide Woman greets you with a bright, almost fizzy burst of lemon and bergamot, a sharp citrus that quickly softens into a dewy cocktail of melon and cassis with a faint piney snap from juniper berries. This is not a take-me-to-the-ocean scent. It is a postcard from a coastal promenade in 1995, the ink slightly blurred by salt spray. The heart blooms with white florals, lily-of-the-valley and magnolia leading a quiet chorus of jasmine and iris, but the rose feels synthetic, like the papery petals on a room freshener. As it dries down, a clean musk and a thin trail of vetiver and woodsy notes emerge, anchored by a gentle amber. The composition is pleasant but ultimately forgettable, a mainstream woody floral musk that whispers rather than speaks.

The numbers do not lie: longevity barely scrapes two hours and sillage evaporates within arm’s length. On a hot summer day, this fleeting quality becomes a feature, a breath of air that vanishes before it overstays its welcome. It feels fresh and vaguely aquatic, but the fruits and florals lean toward the synthetic side of pleasant, never daring to feel natural or deep.

This is a fragrance for casual daytime wear, running errands or lounging poolside when you want a hint of something cheerful without making a statement. Skip it if you crave presence, projection, or any kind of journey beyond the first hour. SeaSide Woman is a hesitant wave that forgets to crash.
