Aroma Borealis is a daylight fragrance that belongs outside. The opening brings mandarin orange and grapefruit forward against a fresh rose, bright enough to move through a breeze without feeling heavy. It reads like a walk under open sky when the air still carries a chill but the sun is fully out.
The heart deepens that impression with jasmine, two roses, lily, violet and tea. The tea note steadies the flowers so the composition stays crisp rather than lush. Plum, leather, sandalwood, musk, tuberose, amber and vanilla build a base that is powdery, woody and lightly animalic. The leather and plum give it a faint edge, while the vanilla and amber keep the texture smooth.
This is a scent for someone who wants a floral that does not collapse into softness once the base appears. The citrus, the tea and the leather all argue for a daytime companion that can handle a little wind. The limitation is the rose. There are three of them here, and they dominate so thoroughly that the mandarin and the grapefruit never quite claim the space they deserve.
