Our take

Rose sits at the center of this blend, supported by violet and carnation. The floral side is powdery rather than fresh. Champaca and jasmine add a heavy white floral weight. Neroli brightens the mix with a clean, bitter edge. Angelica brings a green, root-like sharpness that cuts through the petals. Oakmoss and vetiver ground the scent with damp earth and dry grass. Oud appears as a dark, resinous wood that deepens the entire composition.

The overall impression is mossy and woody rather than sweet. It smells like a shaded garden after rain, where stone walls meet overgrown beds. The musky accord wraps the florals in a soft, slightly flat blanket. It feels handmade and a bit raw, closer to a botanical study than a polished commercial release. The notes do not melt together perfectly, leaving distinct edges.

Some of the transitions between the green angelica and the heavy oud feel abrupt. The powdery facet can become dusty when the air is warm. It is a dense fragrance that asks for patience as the individual notes settle. The scent lacks a smooth, flowing harmony across its many ingredients.
