This isn’t a shy lavender; it’s a lavender that’s been scrubbed clean and then dusted with sugar. As it warms, the heart doubles down on lavender but lets jasmine and orange blossom drift through like a lace curtain catching the breeze. The transition is seamless, but the floral heart feels more polite than powerful, a hotel lobby bouquet rather than a garden in full riot.
On the dry down, Madagascar vanilla takes center stage, not a gourmand custard but a dry, powdery vanilla wrapped in amber and cedar, with musk smoothing the edges.
