Adidas Team Force opens with a bright citrus slap of grapefruit and mandarin, the aldehydes pushing it into a fizzy, synthetic sparkle that feels very late 90s gym locker. The pineapple note tries to add a tropical sweetness, but it gets steamrolled by a hollow, juniper-heavy middle that offers none of the berry-like charm you might expect, just astringent green fuzz with a ghost of jasmine that never fully materializes. The dry down is where this fragrance actually earns its keep: a dusty tobacco, cheap cedar, and a whisper of sandalwood form a base that is surprisingly pleasant, like a worn leather gym bag left in the sun. The overall character is a high school soccer player who forgot to reapply at halftime. It is aggressively synthetic and mainstream, the olfactory equivalent of a polyester warm up jacket. Longevity barely reaches the two hour mark and sillage is a courtesy wave at best. This is for the teenager buying his first non deodorant scent or the dad who needs a 10 dollar splash for weekend errands. Skip it if you want depth, projection, or any sense of maturity. Wear it on a humid spring afternoon, a quick spray before a pickup game, and accept that you will be reapplying every ninety minutes.
