Our take

PRJ V1 is built for the person who treats getting dressed as a quiet, deliberate act. It is a fragrance for slow mornings and sunlit rooms, for those who want to smell composed rather than conspicuous. The first reason is its restraint. Rose and jasmine are present, but they never reach for volume. They feel fresh and stripped back, like flowers kept in a glass of cold water. There is no heavy base to drag the scent down, which keeps it feeling light on the skin.

The second reason is the way petitgrain pulls the florals toward something greener and more angular. It stops the white floral accord from turning soft or sleepy. The overall effect is clean and slightly sharp, like ironed linen or a breeze through an open window. It suits someone who usually avoids florals because they fear smelling dated. This is too modern and too bitter to ever feel old-fashioned.

The limitation is that this very lightness can work against it. Without any weight or warmth, the scent sometimes feels more like a gesture than a finished composition. It smells lovely, but it can also smell incomplete.
