The heart introduces patchouli and leather alongside orange blossom. Patchouli brings an earthy, damp quality that grounds the fragrance as the citrus begins to soften. Leather adds a dry, textured feel that works against the floral note. Orange blossom offers a light, slightly soapy brightness that prevents the heart from becoming too heavy. The orange blossom in the heart can feel a bit thin next to the patchouli and leather. It does not fully integrate and sometimes reads as a separate layer rather than a unified part of the blend. The nutmeg in the opening also stays subtle to the point of being hard to pick out after the first few minutes.
