Character
Sunlight pours through a tall window and lands on a wooden vanity cluttered with glass jars and loose petals. The air carries mandarin orange and bergamot, bright against the stillness of the room. Rose and lily sit beside jasmine and ylang-ylang, their white floral weight softened by cassis. Beeswax and benzoin add a golden, resinous touch, while peru balsam and labdanum ground the space with a balsamic, amber warmth.
A faint edge of castoreum and civet moves through the scene, animalic and real, met by musk, amber, and vanilla. Sandalwood and ambrette give the air a woody, powdery texture, and iris smooths the surface. The smoke from a single burned wick lingers near the corner, echoing the smoky accord that runs through the blend. Nothing here feels rushed or arranged for show.
