Mykonos
Fragrance notes
Character
Mykonos opens with a bright citrus lift from bergamot, joined by crisp apple and a gentle heat from cinnamon and cardamom. The spices do not dominate. They sit beside the fruit and give the entrance a warm, slightly textured feel that avoids sharpness.
The heart introduces orange blossom and plum. The white floral note adds a soft, fresh quality while the plum brings a smooth, rounded fruitiness. This layer keeps the composition feeling light rather than heavy, with a faint aquatic freshness that lingers in the background.
The base rests on musk, cashmere wood, sandalwood, ambroxan, and vanilla. The woods create a creamy, slightly powdery foundation, while ambroxan adds a clean, modern edge. Vanilla sweetens the drydown without making it sugary. The overall mood suits a warm evening setting where the air is still and the light is low, like a terrace lit only by scattered bulbs over a quiet stone floor.
