JD Vanille Farfelue
Fragrance notes
Character
Sunlight hits the bathroom mirror and the air turns bright with aldehydes. JD Vanille Farfelue opens with that crisp, slightly metallic sparkle that makes the room feel freshly dusted and wide awake. Ylang-ylang and rose step forward quickly, their golden petals softened by the cool, papery breath of violet and the tiny bell tones of lily-of-the-valley. The flowers do not crowd each other. They arrange themselves like a neat bouquet on a vanity table, each stem visible, the water clear in the glass.
Vanilla arrives early and stays near the skin, warmed by sandalwood that keeps the sweetness from drifting too far from the wrist. Vetiver adds a clean, dry edge that prevents the vanilla from feeling heavy. The scent remains close enough that only someone leaning in to say hello will catch the full mix of powder and wood. It lingers through the morning without fading, carried in the fabric of a sleeve and the warmth of the forearm.
A woman in a white cotton shirt rolls up her cuffs and reaches for a hairbrush. The air around her carries a faint, soapy floral haze, vanilla and sandalwood pressed into the collar, aldehydes still glinting in the light.
