D.Strict
Fragrance notes
Character
D.Strict opens with a sharp bite of pepper and ginger that feels like a cold wind hitting warm skin. The ginger carries a bright, slightly juicy heat that prevents the pepper from feeling too dry or dusty.
Lavender and mint appear in the heart, but they are not the soft, powdery kind. They are crisp and upright, standing beside saffron that glows with a metallic, golden edge. Incense wraps around these notes, adding a gray, resinous smoke that pulls the freshness into a darker space. The cedar in the base is dry and pencil-sharp, grounding the blend so the patchouli does not wander into plain dirt. Vanilla is present, yet it stays quiet, offering a smooth surface rather than a sugary treat.
The overall impression is a narrow stone alley at night, lit only by the amber glow of a shop window, where the air is cool but the brick walls still hold the day's warmth.
