Our take

Panache opens with a bright lift of lemon and orange that feels clean and immediate. Coriander and thyme add a green, slightly peppery edge that keeps the citrus from reading sweet. The effect is brisk and composed, more herbal than sunny, and it settles quickly into a floral heart that carries rose and iris with quiet weight.

Rose and geranium lead the middle, supported by ylang-ylang and lily. The flowers feel dry rather than dewy, and the iris adds a soft, powdery texture that sits close to the skin. Jasmine is present but restrained, allowing the rose to stay central. Oakmoss and sandalwood in the base bring a woody, earthy foundation that grounds the florals and prevents the blend from drifting into lightness.

Myrrh and musk round out the drydown with a warm, resinous finish that feels appropriate for a garden path in mild weather or a bright morning indoors with the windows open. The composition stays aromatic and mossy throughout, never turning heavy or cloying. The powdery accord can feel dated to some wearers, and the florals lack the sparkle that would make them feel modern.
