Cora
Fragrance notes
Character
Cora opens with a bright spray of Italian mandarin, lime, ginger, and bergamot. The citrus is immediate and sharp, then the ginger adds a clean heat that keeps the fruit from feeling flat. White lily, neroli, peony, and jasmine follow in a soft white floral blend. The lily and neroli lead with a fresh petal scent, while the peony and jasmine round it out with a gentle sweetness. Musk and patchouli form the base, but they stay quiet. The musk gives a light powdery touch, and the patchouli adds a faint green earthiness without weight.
The scent stays close and fades before long, so it works best when you want something present only for a short while. It suits a walk under clear skies when the air feels warm and the light is bright. The citrus and florals match that open, easy mood. It feels clean and unpretentious, with no heavy trail behind you. The powdery musk keeps it smooth rather than sharp as the minutes pass.
Mário Torri Neto composed this 2022 release for Thera Cosméticos. The whole experience is light, fresh, and gone before you notice it leaving, like a petal that lands on your sleeve and blows away as you move.
