Fragrance notes
Character
Tristano Onofri Homme opens with lavender and neroli that present a clean, herbal brightness. The lavender carries a slightly medicinal edge that keeps the citrus from feeling sunny. Neroli adds a faint bitter snap that settles quickly into the heart.
The middle layer brings heliotrope and sage alongside sandalwood, vetiver, jasmine, and Virginia cedar. Heliotrope introduces a soft powder that mingles with the sage's dry green touch. Sandalwood and cedar give the blend a smooth woodiness, while vetiver adds an earthy root tone. Jasmine sits quietly in the background, lending a faint white floral lift without turning the fragrance floral-forward. The overall impression is aromatic and grounded, with the powdery accord growing steadier as the herbs recede.
Oakmoss, amber, and vanilla form the base. Vanilla here is muted and dry rather than sweet, merging with amber to create a warm resinous bed. Oakmoss contributes a mossy, slightly damp earthiness that anchors the woods above it. The result feels suited to dimly lit rooms and late evening gatherings where a steady, woody presence fits the mood. The powdery and amber accords linger as the final impression.
