Cassis sits in the background with a dark berry touch that deepens the mix without making it heavy. The opening is sweet and tropical, but the sweetness stays airy rather than syrupy.
Guaiac wood and cedar bring a dry, resinous structure to the heart. Lily-of-the-valley and rose introduce a clean floral layer that lifts the composition and prevents the woods from feeling too dense. The floral side is powdery and light, which works with the fresh accord to balance the richer notes below. Sandalwood and amber in the base add warmth, and vanilla smooths the edges of the wood.
Frankincense adds a faint resinous bite that keeps the vanilla from dominating. Musk ties the base together and reinforces the musky accord that runs through the entire wear.
