Jewels opens with litchi and rhubarb, a bright pair that carries a tart edge from the first spray. Nutmeg sits underneath and adds a gentle warmth that keeps the fruit from feeling thin. The start is lively and crisp, leaning into the green accord without becoming sharp.
The heart brings rose, peach, and peony forward. Rose leads the floral side while peach rounds it out with soft sweetness. Peony adds a light petal quality that keeps the middle from turning heavy. The accord here is fruity and floral at once, sitting close to the skin in texture rather than in force.
Cashmeran and vanilla form the base. Vanilla supplies a smooth sweetness that lingers, while cashmeran contributes a woody, musky foundation that grounds the fruit and flowers above it. The powdery accord becomes more noticeable here, giving the drydown a soft finish that stays within the same gentle register.
The fragrance stays firmly on the bright side of floral fruity, making it a good match for a sunlit room or a walk under clear skies. The one limitation is the vanilla, which can read a bit synthetic and pulls the blend toward a manufactured sweetness that some will find less appealing.
