Alloro
Fragrance notes
Character
The sidewalk is damp from an evening rain that has just stopped falling. A wool coat brushes against a scarf as the air turns crisp, and the first breath of Alloro rises through the cooling air. Cinnamon and cloves open with a dry, powdered heat that feels like walking past a window where someone has left the oven on. The spices do not rush. They sit in the air as caramel begins to melt across the skin, smooth and thick, pulled into shape by the clean grain of cedar and the soft, rounded texture of cashmere wood. It is a warm circle drawn around the wearer while the street outside stays dark and wet.
Patchouli and vanilla settle into the base, deep and slightly earthy, while white musk and ambergris keep the edges blurred and close. The sweetness never becomes loud. It stays tucked into the fabric of the evening like a folded note in a pocket, present and personal against the cold air that moves between the buildings. Geoffrey Nejman composed a fragrance that feels like standing under a streetlamp while the pavement steams, wrapped in spice and wood as the night gathers around you.
