Forbidden Bloom opens with peach, pear and mandarin orange that give a bright, juicy lift. The fruit feels clean and direct, moving quickly into the heart where frangipani and gardenia take over with a creamy, tropical white floral character.
The drydown carries more weight. Coffee adds a bitter edge that cuts through the sweetness, while musk, cashmeran and cedar build a smooth, woody foundation. Ambrox Super leaves a warm, slightly powdery trail that stays present for a good while without spreading far from the skin. The scent feels suited to daytime wear, especially in a bright, active setting where its fruity floral clarity can sit comfortably in the air around you.
The composition leans heavily on sweetness, and the coffee note does not fully balance the sugary fruit and white florals. For anyone who prefers a drier, more restrained profile, this may feel too lush and rounded to wear often.
