Our take

Citrus & Yuzu is a daylight fragrance first and foremost, built for the hours when the sun is high and the air feels open. The opening is a dense cluster of Kaffir lime, grapefruit, yuzu, and Buddha's hand, with pink pepper adding a sharp bite that keeps the fruit from leaning sweet. This is not a gentle morning mist. It is a bright, assertive citrus that belongs on skin warmed by the sun, surrounded by stone and moving air. The initial spray feels alive and slightly chaotic, as if the fruit was just sliced open, and the pepper gives it a clean, vertical lift that suits a day spent outside rather than a dim room or a formal evening. Anyone who reaches for it when the light is fading will miss the point entirely, because the composition relies on that natural brightness to carry its character.

The argument continues as the heart introduces incense and patchouli beneath the citrus, while sandalwood and cedar settle in at the base. Those woods and the smoky, balsamic accords could easily pull the fragrance into heavy territory, but the citrus stays present and keeps the mood lifted. It is this tension that makes the case for wearing it in warm weather, since the resinous depth never overtakes the bright opening. The result is a woody citrus that feels grounded without ever becoming dark. Nitish Dixit composed a scent that asks for open air and clear skies, where the lime and yuzu can breathe alongside the pepper. It is a study in keeping something earthy and smoky completely upright.
