The heart deepens the patchouli while introducing cedar and guaiac wood. The cedar adds a dry, upright structure that keeps the earthiness from feeling too heavy. Guaiac wood brings a resinous warmth that rounds out the middle phase. Together, these woods create a dry, woody accord that sits close to the skin and maintains a consistent, steady character throughout this stage.
The base retains cedar and layers white musk beneath the remaining patchouli. The musk adds a powdery, clean finish that lightens the wood just enough to keep it wearable. The warm spicy accord lingers alongside the musky and woody elements, giving the drydown a soft, slightly dusty warmth.
