It suits someone who likes a fragrance that whispers rather than greets the room.
The orris and violet can read a bit dusty to modern noses used to cleaner compositions. That same earthy quality that makes it feel honest can also make it seem a little flat after a while. It lacks a spark of contrast that would keep it interesting through a long evening out. For Strange Women created a portrait that is true to its name, but the lines are narrow.
If you prefer your florals fresh and transparent, this will feel too heavy and muted. The limitation here is the narrow emotional range, not the wear time.
