Crepuscolo Scintillante
Fragrance notes
Character
Saffron and cardamom strike first, brightened by a sharp peel of grapefruit and the clean bite of bergamot. Nutmeg sits underneath, giving the opening a dry heat that keeps the citrus from feeling like a morning ritual. The spices do not crowd each other. They move in a loose circle, each one visible before the next arrives.
Turkish rose enters with a heavy, velvet weight, joined by jasmine sambac that lifts the petals into a cooler space. The flowers feel arranged rather than scattered, sitting above the spice like a second room in the same house. There is a faint metallic edge to the air here, catching the light that still hangs in the sky after the sun has gone down.
Amber and oud form the floor, dark and resinous, with sandalwood smoothing the edges until the surface feels polished. Patchouli and vetiver add a damp earthiness, while tonka bean and labdanum press a soft, rounded sweetness into the mix. Leather arrives last, not loud, but present enough to make the whole space feel lived in and slightly shadowed.
The person standing near a lit terrace in a city that has just gone quiet wears this without needing to announce anything. The air around them carries rose, wood, and a trace of something animalic that does not fully resolve, because the night is still
