Fragrance notes
The forest path is damp underfoot, and the air smells of crushed green things. A slice of lime cuts through the humidity first, sharp and bright against the cool shade. It does not stay loud for long. Soon the ginger arrives, warm and lightly peppery, rising from the earth like steam after rain. It sits close to the skin, mingling with the damp air and the feeling of movement through the trees. The scent feels alive in this space, changing with each step as the foliage brushes past.
Patchouli takes over slowly, deep and earthy, anchoring the entire walk. It carries a woody weight that feels grounded and real, supported by the quiet presence of conifer that lingers in the background. The ginger remains nearby, its spice softening as the patchouli grows heavier. There is no sweetness here, only a dry, resinous texture that belongs to the woods. The lime has vanished completely, leaving behind a trail of root and bark. It is a warm spicy composition that settles into the skin like soil, ending on a firm patchouli note.
