Our take

Jade suits someone who enjoys a bright floral that does not collapse into a flat sweetness. It works well for daytime wear in spring and early summer, when a clean and airy scent feels appropriate. The fragrance feels polished and composed, leaning toward a classic style that sits comfortably in professional and casual settings alike.

The opening combines hyacinth, aldehydes, freesia, bergamot, and orange into a crisp and slightly sparkling entrance. Lily-of-the-valley, white rose, carnation, and heliotrope form a heart that is powdery and green, with a gentle rose presence that never dominates. Sandalwood, tonka bean, vetiver, and musk create a base that is woody and lightly vanilla, supported by aromatic and spicy accents that keep the floral side from feeling one-dimensional.

The aldehydes can feel sharp and somewhat synthetic to those who prefer a softer start. Carnation and heliotrope push the powdery accord forward, which may read as dated to modern noses. The citrus elements fade fast against the heavier base, leaving a gap in the transition. People who dislike prominent powder or vintage-leaning florals will find little to enjoy here.
