Fragrance notes
The sun has just set over a carved wooden terrace in a warm climate. A low table holds a bowl of fresh rose petals beside a small dish of ground cloves and saffron. Someone walks past wearing Rose Oudh by HeavenDuft, and the air changes. Two roses open first, the damask deep and the Bulgarian bright, with geranium lending a green edge. Cashmere wood gives the entrance a soft, polished grain. Cloves sit in the background, warm and dry, not sharp.
As the evening continues, the floral side deepens. More rose meets oud, ginger adding a clean bite and lily-of-the-valley a cool lift. Saffron threads through the heart while oakmoss pulls the flowers toward the ground. The base gathers Indian oud, cypriol, leather, amber, vanilla, sandalwood, natural musk and ambergris. The result is woody, warm spicy, earthy, musky, powdery and animalic all at once, a dense oriental floral that feels heavy on the skin.
The composition is rich and complex, but the many notes compete. The leather and oud want to lead, the roses want to lead, and the amber and vanilla want the same. Nothing settles into a clear shape, so the scent feels crowded instead of layered. The animalic accord adds weight that some will enjoy and others will find too much. It is a bold, intricate fragrance that asks for patience and a taste for heavy, ornate blends.
