Floratta Amor de Lavanda
Fragrance notes
Character
Floratta Amor de Lavanda opens like a soap bubble caught in a sunbeam, all zesty citrus and a lavender green snap that feels freshly plucked from the stem. There is a pleasant synthetic crispness here, the kind that makes you think of a crisp white shirt or a clean bathroom after a shower. The heart quickly dissolves into a powdery iris and peony blend, sweetened by honeysuckle and a faintly candied jasmine. It is floral but not heavy, more like a breeze through a garden at the edge of a laundry line. The drydown rests on a soft vanilla musk with woody cedar and a whisper of patchouli, but don’t expect it to linger. With a longevity barely above two and a half hours and sillage that stays close to the skin, this fragrance is a shy ghost of a thing, here and gone before you can settle into it. It suits someone who wants a gentle, ladylike floral for daytime wear especially in spring and summer, an office friendly presence that never shouts. Skip it if you crave projection or a night out statement. The rose tinted bottle inside me wants to love this more, but the numbers are honest: a pretty lavender powder puff that evaporates before you finish your morning coffee.
