This is Him
Fragrance notes
Character
Incense is the backbone of This Is Him, smoky and a little austere, like walking into a chapel that's just been aired out. Black pepper sparks at the very start, sharp and warm, before it gives way to that incense core, and the shift happens fast, with no citrus or sweetness cushioning the transition.
Sandalwood anchors the base, balsamic and dry, holding the incense steady so it never drifts into pure smoke. A faint citrus flick lingers from the very opening, and warm amber wraps around the incense, softening its edges without diluting it. The whole composition stays narrow by design, three or four ideas instead of a dozen competing for attention.
Staying power runs long, holding steady well beyond the initial pepper spark and settling comfortably into the incense core. Projection stays modest, a warm halo felt mainly by whoever stands close. Fall and winter bring out the incense best, when the smoky side has room to breathe against colder air, and it works equally well for a quiet office day or a dressier evening out. This Is Him leans traditional, an easy, well-made spicy-woody scent built around incense more than smoke, confident without needing to shout.
