Fragrance notes
The heavy door swings shut behind you in a dim Havana study lined with cedar shelves. Bergamot and rose greet you first, bright and fleeting, before jasmine and vanilla soften the air. It feels like stepping into a room where a conversation has already begun, the opening notes merely the handshake before you take a seat.
You settle into a leather chair. Iris and heliotrope rise, powdery and gentle, curling around the sharper edges of tobacco and worn leather. The vanilla from the entrance lingers here, no longer sweet on its own but blended into the warmth of benzoin and amber. Oakmoss creeps in from the base, earthy and mossy, anchoring the floral haze to the floorboards. The air smells of old books, polished wood, and a cold glass of rum resting on the armrest.
The room darkens as afternoon light fades, the amber and moss deepening until the space smells entirely of polished leather, warm benzoin, and damp earth.
