Citrus Grove leans heavily on its bright opening, but the pistachio note feels slightly out of place among the tart grapefruit and mandarin orange. It creates a nutty sharpness that can read as slightly synthetic rather than creamy. The transition into the heart does not fully smooth out this rough edge. Magnolia and honeydew blossom add a soft, watery floral quality, while mint brings a cool, green lift. The mint is noticeable and keeps the middle from becoming too sweet, though it sometimes clashes with the nutty top notes instead of bridging them.
Composed by Sarah Horowitz, the fragrance settles into a base of almond milk, musk, and amber. The almond milk rounds out the sharper citrus, but the amber feels thin here, offering little warmth or depth. It stays a clean, fresh scent that suits a warm morning in a sunny garden or a walk through a bright market. The nutty opening remains the weakest part of the structure, never quite blending into the floral heart or the milky finish. It is a pleasant daytime option that simply struggles to feel cohesive from start to finish.
