Abbracciami Fortissimo
Fragrance notes
Character
PantaRei launched Abbracciami Fortissimo in 2024 as a unisex oriental composed by Alessandro Pistoia. The opening is a brisk mix of mulberry, pear, apple and bergamot that feels bright and juicy. It moves quickly into a heart crowded with iris, lily-of-the-valley, saffron, pink pepper, rose, gardenia, jasmine and cardamom. The white florals and warm spice give it a lively, slightly powdery character that sits between fresh and ornate.
The drydown is where the fragrance settles into its true personality. Patchouli, leather, amber, vetiver, musk, oud, sandalwood, vanilla and cedar create a dense, woody and earthy foundation. The leather and oud add a dark, resinous weight, while vanilla and amber soften the edges with gentle warmth. Iris and violet accords carry through from the heart, keeping the base polished and slightly dusty rather than sweet. It feels substantial and layered, more suited to someone who enjoys complex oriental blends than to anyone looking for a light daytime skin scent.
This is a fragrance that smells like walking into a wood-paneled library where an open leather-bound book rests next to a bowl of overripe fruit.
