O opens like a popped bottle of rosé at a wedding nobody wanted to attend but everyone ended up enjoying. The pink pepper adds a fizzy, almost abrasive sparkle that settles quickly into a plush black cherry, syrupy and dark, wrapped in a jammy rose that reads more cosmetic than dewy. The tequila note is clever it doesn’t shout, but lingers as a salty, agave-like warmth that keeps the sweetness from tipping into cloying territory. Jasmine threads through the middle like a distant laugh, clean and slightly indolic, before the base pulls everything into a creamy amber vanilla with enough sandalwood to give it a powdery spine.
The overall character is a tipsy silk scarf left on a marble counter overnight slightly crumpled, faintly boozy, still pretty. It feels polished and mainstream in its construction, but the tequila and pepper give it a niche wink. Sillage and longevity are polite rather than commanding 3.30 and 3.75 respectively so this is more of a close conversation than a room announcement.
