Natsuko opens with orange, myrtle and melon. The orange provides a bright, slightly tart citrus facet. Myrtle adds an aromatic, green edge that keeps the fruit from feeling heavy. Melon contributes a soft, watery sweetness that rounds out the top layer without becoming sugary.
The heart introduces iris, jasmine, rose and lilac. Iris brings a powdery, root-like texture that anchors the flowers. Jasmine and rose offer a classic white floral blend, while lilac adds a gentle, slightly cool petal tone. Together they create a dense, traditional bouquet that leans firmly into the powdery accord.
Sandalwood and musk form the base. The sandalwood is creamy and smooth, supporting the florals rather than dominating them. Musk adds a clean, skin-like warmth that keeps the drydown soft and close. The woody and powdery elements remain prominent through the final stages.
The composition relies heavily on its powdery iris and floral density. The melon and myrtle are present early but do not alter the overall direction. The fragrance stays within a very conventional floral green framework, offering little contrast or unexpected movement between the notes.
