Notte d'Incanto
Fragrance notes
Notte d'Incanto opens with mandarin orange, raspberry and bergamot. The citrus is bright and the raspberry adds a tart edge that keeps the start from feeling heavy. It moves quickly into a heart of gardenia, jasmine and rose. The white florals are soft rather than sharp, and the rose sits in the background instead of dominating the blend.
The base brings sandalwood, white musk, vanilla, benzoin, saffron, caramel and amber together. The vanilla and caramel create a sweet layer that sits above the woody sandalwood and the powdery musk. Saffron and benzoin add a warm, slightly resinous touch that deepens the amber without making it dark or smoky.
The overall character is sweet, powdery and floral with a steady warm spicy thread running through it. The citrus from the top lingers just enough to prevent the base from becoming flat. It feels composed for close wear and suits cooler evenings or formal indoor settings where a gentle presence is appropriate.
The blend leans heavily on sugar. The caramel and vanilla are prominent throughout the dry stage and can overwhelm the florals if your skin amplifies sweet notes. The saffron and sandalwood are present but they never fully balance the candy-like tone.
