Character
Saffron and rose open the composition with a metallic edge that feels cool against the skin. The rose is dry rather than dewy, shaped by the spice into something angular. Cashmere wood enters with a soft texture that rounds the sharper facets without dulling them. Oud sits at the center, resinous and deep, supported by cedar that adds a clean structural line. Sandalwood and vanilla anchor the base, but the vanilla here is hushed, more a warm glow than a sweet tooth. Musk pulls the woods closer to the body and gives the blend a smooth finish.
A heavy wool coat, a street lit only by streetlamps, and the air carrying a dry chill. The fragrance fits that walk, when the night is quiet and the cold keeps scents close.
